Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Bags & Gift Wrap (once opened or cut)
  • Tissue Paper (opened packages)
  • Seals & Gift Tags (if seal has been broken)
  • Personalized or Custom-Designed Stationery

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and contact email address
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Items to return/exchange (with quantities)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
