Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your Hallmark Supplies Store products don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Bags & Gift Wrap (once opened or cut)
- Tissue Paper (opened packages)
- Seals & Gift Tags (if seal has been broken)
- Personalized or Custom-Designed Stationery
- Seasonal Decor items with signs of use
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your full name and contact email address
- Order number and purchase date
- Items to return/exchange (with quantities)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

What’s Refunded
Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
